New Moon, the sequel to the latest vampire hit, Twilight, promises to be the next box office giant when it opens. The vampire genre was rekindled with movie favorites like Interview with the Vampire, Underworld and Van Helsing. It spawned TV series like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and True Blood. Beyond the ominous Count Dracula in Transylvania, the blood-sucking creature has been molded to fit the modern era by setting the plot in the 21st century. The effect is overwhelming.

The romance in the Twilight books is what carries the entire movie. The plot of a vampire falling in love with a human has been the original theme of most two-fanged tales like the ill-fated Count Dracula and Mina. An added twist has emerged and that would be of a werewolf in love with a vampire or for the movie, New Moon, with a human. A love triangle among a vampire, a human and a werewolf. It promises an interesting and entertaining film.

As the stars of the New Moon cast walk the red carpet, what better way to make your own grand entrance on Halloween than in your Twilight costume ? Choose a character that best fits your inner Twilight persona and let the paparazzi catch a glimpse of the cool Edward Cullen, the smoldering Jacob Black or the mysterious Bella Swan. Recreate the first movie of the saga and have your own version of the sequel as the main event. Take a poll on who will Bella end up with, Edward or Jacob. Have a fun skit based on the poll results.

On this hallow eve’s celebration; treat your friends and family to the movie premiere event of the year. Grab a Twilight costume and smoothly invade the spotlight as a suave vampire, a volatile wolf or an innocent human.
